What happens, and when.

Day 1 to day 30
Free. Put in your real books, not a demo file. We ask for a card so nothing stops on day 31, and we take nothing during the trial.

Day 30
One payment for the rest of the year, at the figure printed on the plan above. Months two and three are at the offer price; months four to twelve are at the standard price. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing.

Month 13
Renewal is at the standard annual price, and we email you thirty days before it happens. No automatic re-offer, and no price you find out about on the statement.

Why the price list looks like this.
No cap on invoices
An entry plan that stops at twenty invoices a month is a plan you outgrow in your best month. Ours does not stop.
No charge per seat
Charging per user makes companies share a login, which destroys the audit trail. Users are unlimited.
No charge per document read
Capture is how documents enter the ledger. Metering it would meter the product.

What the price does and does not include.
What does an accountancy practice pay?
Per client company, at a practice rate, with the practice view included. Tell us how many clients and we will put a figure on it.
What exactly comes off my card, and when?
Nothing for the first 30 days. On day 30 we take one payment covering the remaining eleven months: the offer price for months two and three, the standard price for months four to twelve. The figure is printed on every plan above, so you see it before you start rather than on a statement.
What if I cancel during the trial?
You pay nothing and we delete the card details. Your data is exported on request first — it is your ledger, not ours.
Is there a monthly option?
The launch offer is annual, because the discount is large and the price only works over a year. A standard monthly plan is available without the offer. Ask us and we will quote it.
What does moving from another system cost?
Nothing. We import the chart of accounts, contacts, open items and bank history, and we tell you first what will not come across cleanly.
Do you charge for the phone app?
No. It is the same product, and it is on every plan.
